Calling experienced gardeners, inexperienced gardeners, young or not so young: why not show off your gardening and culinary skills and achievements?
As well as classes for flowers, flower arranging, vegetables, fruit, craft items, photography and domestic produce there are classes for children of all ages and each entrant in the children’s section will be entered into a draw to win a cash prize.
Auction of Produce will be held at the end of the Show, around 3.30 p.m., everyone can buy some delicious homemade produce, fresh flowers, vegetables and fruit.
Held in the York House, London Road, the Show offers something for everyone, so come and join in the fun and the challenge!
8.30 am-10.30 am– Bring and stage produce
11.00 am. – Hall closed for judging
2.00 pm – Hall reopens for public to view and enjoy a cuppa and a cake
3.30 pm – Prize giving followed by auction
Any surplus from the Show will be donated to a local charity (yet to be decided). Last year £450 was donated.
