Stony Stratford Art Society, established in 1947 meets every week on alternate Wednesday evenings 7 -10pm and Tuesdays 2 - 4pm at York House, London Road, Stony Stratford. The Society welcomes all artists whether complete beginners, improvers or established artists of any age over 16 years. The Society exhibits regularly at mostly local venues throughout the year, most notably at St. Mary and St. Giles Church, Stony Stratford sometime during June. Other local venues for the Society are the Age Concern shop in the High Street, The Stony Stratford Health Centre, The Library, New Bradwell Community Centre, York House itself and nearby Church Fetes and Art and Craft Shows.
