Friends of Stony Stratford Library AGM 2020

This year’s AGM will be on Thursday 26th November at 7pm and will be delivered on Zoom.

Just think, this year instead of looking outside and thinking ‘it’s cold/wet/foggy/windy, do I really want to go to the FOSSL AGM?’ Instead you will be thinking - ‘Hooray! It’s going to be on zoom, I can sit on my comfy sofa with a cup of tea/glass of wine and take part without having to go outside.’  Now isn’t that a positive?

We will be looking for two replacements for key committee roles: Phil Sarre has decided to step down from the Chair and Richard Deveson will be giving up his job as events organiser. We are hoping to formally bring onboard two new committee members who will need to be nominated and seconded at the AGM. As you know, the AGM appoints the committee - following a vote if needed - and the Committee then appoints the officers.
