Jado Kuin Do Family Martial Arts
Jado Kuin Do – Family Martial Arts classes are held every Tuesday at Russell Street School at the following times:
- 4.30pm – 5.20pm Super J Class (3-6 yrs)
- 5.30pm – 6.20pm Kids Class (6-12 yrs)
- 7pm – 8pm Mixed Adult Class (12 yrs )
- 8pm – 9pm Ladies Only Class (12 yrs )
The first session free. Emma is a fully qualified and insured black belt instructor, with a clean CRB check.
Jado Kuin Do improves fitness, coordination, self discipline and confidence. Suitable for all levels.
Classes are held all year round, apart from between Christmas and New Year.
