Milton Keynes Council want to know more about your experiences of flooding in Stony Stratford and are holding a consultation event online on Monday 9th August from 6pm-8pm, so that Stony Stratford parishioners can help shape what happens in the future. Interested in becoming a volunteer?
Following the December floods, a Council priority is to help communities be prepared in the event of future flooding. Milton Keynes Council are looking for volunteers that can help respond during a flood emergency, as well as residents who are interested in organising regular meetings to build a local flood response plan. If you’re interested, complete the community flood resilience section of the survey mentioned below, or register your interest by emailing LLFA@milton-keynes.gov.uk.
