Free Fit While You Sit Exercise Class - Fullers Slade

Are you looking for a friendly local class for some gentle exercise? Join our free armchair exercise classes at the Rowans Family Centre funded by the Town Council. Classes are held every Friday from 1.30-2.30pm at the Rowans Family Centre, Fullers Slade and every Monday from 11.30am-12.30pm at Stony Stratford Library. Please note that classes will NOT be held on the following dates due to holiday:
Friday, 26th July – Fullers Slade
Friday, 6th September – Fullers Slade

Other than the above dates, classes will run throughout the summer holidays, including the bank holiday Monday in August.
