Notice is hereby given that due to the resignation of Helen Clark, a casual vacancy has arisen in the office of a Town Councillor for Stony Stratford Town Council, South-West Ward.
In accordance with Local Elections (Parishes & Communities) (England & Wales) Rules 2006 an election will be held if, within fourteen days of the date below, notice in writing requesting such an election is given by ten electors of the parish to:

Milton Keynes Council, Civic Offices, 1 Saxon Gate East, Milton Keynes MK9 3EJ
In the event of no such request for an election being received Council proposes to fill the vacancy by way of co-option at the meeting which will be held on or before: 20th May 2025.
