New Look For Tenant Repairs: Mears Replaces YourMK Branding

New look for tenant repairs 

Following the Cabinet decision in July to bring regeneration activity back into MK Council, from this week council tenants using the repair service may notice Mears branding will replace that of YourMK on vans and uniforms. 

Mears employees, who have been conducting repairs for YourMK throughout the partnership, will be carrying ID and will identify themselves on arrival.  Tenants should continue to call the usual number 0330 123 2522 to report a repair.  The helpline is answered 24 hours a day, every day of the week.

Over the next month, information and documents about repairs and regeneration will move from the YourMK website to www.milton-keynes.gov.uk.
