Cityfibre Works: Complaints

As you will be aware, CityFibre, in partnership with Vodafone are delivering gigabit speed internet connectivity to every home and business in Milton Keynes through the expansion of the full fibre network.  The works are being carried out by their construction partner, Granemore.  The teams work between 7 am and 7 pm from Monday to Saturday.  Any loud works should not start until after 8am.  More details are in the communication below from CityFibre. 

We have received numerous complaints about the work that CityFibre has undertaken through Stony Stratford and have been in constant communication with both Milton Keynes Council (who authorised the works) and CityFibre to try and ensure the issues are sorted out as soon as possible.  We have also advised CityFibre of the dates of all the Stony events and works to the Market Square have been halted as a result.  We are awaiting a programme schedule of the remaining works together with details of when the work is due to be inspected by Milton Keynes Council.  

CityFibre has confirmed that all their work, on completion is checked by their contractor, CityFibre supervisors and signed off by MK Council Highways Dept to the agreed standards.  CityFibre has asked that if residents have specific queries, please could they email complaints@cityfibre.com the following details:

- A photo if possible
