Health Walk
This Group meets on Friday mornings at 10.00 am at the corner of Mill Lane and Willow Lane for a 40 minute (approx) walk around the local parks, occasionally going to other venues, then calling at a nearby cafe for tea and a chat. All ages and abilities welcome, a front and back marker enable you to walk at a pace that suits you. The group began in March 2008 and now has 30 regular members. There is no charge to join but members pay for their own refreshments.
